Established in 1998, Casa Freschi is a small, ultra-premium wine producer with mature vineyards in Langhorne Creek (4.5Ha) and the more recently established Adelaide Hills (3.2Ha). The two sites possess qualities that allow Casa Freschi to produce two highly distinctive wines from each. Profondo cabernet sauvignon/shiraz and La Signora nebbiolo/cabernet sauvignon from Langhorne Creek, Altezza chardonnay and La Signorina pinot grigio blend from the Adelaide Hills.
