Ragazzi Pinot Grigio
Within the small Casa Freschi Adelaide Hills vineyard lies an area of pinot grigio that produces wine with a distinctive fragrance, energy and approachability in its youth. After fermentation and a brief maturation in seasoned French oak barriques, these parcels are carefully blended and bottled young to capture the vibrant fruit, fresh juicy flavour, and opulent texture. The result is a wine with fresh pear, apple, pineapple and grapefruit with a hint of spice, yeast, nut and toast complexity in the background. The palate is fresh and lively, with concentrated ripe pear and nuts, a soft creamy texture supported by crisp, minerally acidity and finishing with excellent lenght of flavour.
La Signorina
Four of the world’s greatest white varieties are grown to produce an exotically aromatic, fresh and elegant white wine with alluring vitality and purity. Its aroma displays fresh pear, lemon, grapefruit, lime, pineapple, and apple. The palate has sweet, concentrated fruit, lively acidity, with lovely minerality and texture and a crisp finish.
Altezza
Our philosophy is to bottle under this label only when we consider the result to have great complexity, finesse, elegance, purity and potential longevity. 100% chardonnay, it has an enticingly complex nose of citrus, citrus blossom, spice and nuts. It is rich in flavour with a soft, creamy texture, wonderfully balanced minerally acidity and a long savoury finish.
